As children, we are pure. We dare to laugh, scream, and sing from our truest selves. We sing without the fear of sounding off-key. Throughout life, we develop various forms of conditioning, coping mechanisms, and protective layers that are not always in alignment with our purest core. These get stored into the body, and thus also in the voice. In these workshops, we will explore our authentic voice in a safe context. How do I sound when I express my most authentic self? And how can I use the vibration of my own unique voice to bring healing to myself? It's not about sounding "nice" but about authenticity, purity, and truth. We embark on a journey inward to then bring the purity we find back outward into expression. The workshops take place in dutch.
